Responsibilities:

• Maintain minutes or calls reporting throughout the day for MA agents
• Ensure the team is meeting team goals and pivoting when necessary based on BU goals
• Ensure new hires are set up with Calendly links for scheduled calls
• Create schedules for new hires
• Post weekly MA calendar schedules
• Ensure target productivity of shift for agents
• Review call back forms
• Train new hires
• Ensure skills voicemails are called, and patient texts are answered
• Ensure scheduled patient calls are being called if agent is unavailable
• Help foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Maintain the Nsight culture of positivity.
• Other projects/duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Active MA license is required
• Passionate about patient care, possessing the ability to relate with empathy and compassion. A passion for patient teaching is a must.
• Quiet, HIPAA-Safe space to do your work.
• Your own computer with a reliable, fast internet connection. Speed test is required during the interview.
